The DNA of this project lies in the dialogue and contrast between raw shell and refined fittings. The raw concrete and some networks remain visible, while design fittings in noble materials such as copper, marble, velvet, structure the space. Theatrical micro-architectures are created.

A major theme unifies the entire project: the line and the stripe. It can be found in the lobby, corridors, and rooms, offering a graphic and inspiring aspect, evoking various artistic influences, from modern art to tribal and op-art patterns.

In the rooms, the headboard is designed as a bandeau grouping all the functionalities, freeing up space in height for a luminous work projecting graphic shadows on the wall. Two distinctive colors, a Klein blue for an artistic touch and a coppery brown for warmth, are used for their complementarity and their coherence with the vision of the project.
